Default FPR pass emissions?

Hay all! I recently got pulled over by the police and got a big yellow sticker on my windscreen saying my car is DEFECTIVE. (this is a common occurance in australia if you got a Rice car) anyways this basically means it's not raodworthy! I got done for being to low and to loud! anyways! I have jacked my car up! had my standard exhuasted tested at over 100db (90db max) anyways I had that fixed up also, took out my intake and threw my airbox back in.. will my FPR pass emissions test?

I'm not sure on the regs but if you back the fuel pressure off (making the car run lean) for the test, it should pass any emissions test (uh, except for sound) you throw at it..
