ITR suspension, what's needed to make it work?
Since the '88 civic hatch and ITR has the same rear LCA's, i've heard that the rear suspension (just shock and spring) will bolt right up, no problems...
However, i've heard mixed ideas about getting the front ITR supsension to bolt up to a 4th gen hatch. I heard that it will work with '92-95 civic forks? can anyone confirm this, or have tried it?

I did this on my DA integra and you have to get the front forks off of a 92+ civic or 94+ integra for the front shocks to fit. the rear is just straight bolt in if you have the '88 rear LCAs but Type-R LCAs will work also
ITR front shocks will bolt on correctly on ITR drop forks or 92-95 Civic forks, they are the same - even same part number in Honda catalogue. ITR shocks/springs will bolt smoothly into your CRX then (for rear use 88 LCAs). I had this setup last summer. But I must warn Ya, your car will be high, it will sit higher then stock. Although spring rate and shock damping force suits our cars. At least as they have B-series engines like my car. The idea is interesting, although I must tell that better handling can be obtained from performance parts dedicated to CRX (Konis for example). What's more ITR suspension will be quite comfy (more comfort then Koni coilovers or Eibach over Koni yellows) if you're looking for that you may consider the swap. To make your car lower just drop front shocks into forks and make custom upper shock mounts for rear (also front for best results).
Re: ITR suspension, what's needed to make it work?
just do what works. get some adjustable shocks (kyb if you're on a budget, konis if you want a better shock)... and some GCs or Eibach springs.
reason i'm asking is cuz i've got a friend who's selling some zeal superfunctions for the DC2R, and if it fits, i would like to buy them. but i don't know how much higher they'll make the car sit, and if that can be adjusted with the coilovers...
