that is a great clutch. i know exide came out with a new line of twin disc clutchs for hondas this year... you might want to look at some of what they have to offer.

The tilton is a great setup, be very high for a street car. Seriously consider a cm flywheel or comparable other in weight and the ACT double xtreme pressure plate and 4 puck disc.

I know tilton sells 3 different types of clutches
Street Clutch/flywheel setup
metal to carbon
and carbon to carbon.

How is the clutchmasters twin disc setup it comes wtih flywheel right for aroudn $1200.

My car is a crx so cable tranny. car will be driven on the streets rarely.

I run the clutchmaster double disc on mine. the pedal is softer than stock it grabs like a bitch. the clutch has held 750whp and never slipped on a buddys car. I have made 565 and it doesnt slip at all. I like it .

I have a CM twin kevlar/kevlar. Pedal feel is great, pretty chattery though. I'd rather have a chattery clutch then a hard pedal feel though.

me and jason both ran the clutchmasters twin disc(kevlar). we both had over 500 to the wheels and it holds all the power and is very streetable, considering a 500 hsp honda is "barely" streetable. the inlinepro race car ran the same exact clutch set up. over 600 to the wheels. never broke for any of us. 100's of passes.

price will depend on where you get it. i got mine for under a 1000 but they retail for more than that. inline is an authorized dealer. call stan.

I am thinking of changeing mine I am running a cm flywheel and extreme ACT pressure plate with 6 puc disk. The pedle is hard as hell but if grabs real real good I guess the only bad this is the peble feel

all of the double disc setups I believe come with the pressure plate. Atleast i know the clutchmasters and tiltons do. since the whole clutch assembly is smaller in diameter than stock you have to run their pressure plates.

What about ACT? they make a new flywheel now too 220 for the flywheel and 430 or something for any of the clutches.. Ive herd better news of act than clutchmasters.

ACT is a good clutch but when you start making power in a fwd car, you are going to have to get a twin disc clutch. they can hold more power.

i would say tilton over clutch masters but i do know that clutch masters is way cheaper... its all good because the clutchmasters clutch looks just like the tilton (well almost).
