Looking for opinions on injector sizes from you fellow NA freaks.
Here's the deal. It looks like I'm going to end up with 84.5mm bore 12.1ish compression. I have Crower 63403 bumpsticks installed, and Hondata S200 for a brainbox. Now to the point. The nearest Hondata tuner is 80 miles away, so when I get the motor back in the car and broken in, I will NOT wish to have to tune...get new injectors and tune again...so I'm looking for opinions on injectors for this application...what you fellas think? Stock good enough? No? What to go with?
Many people have done well with RC 310's and 370's, so for your setup they should do the trick. I suggest RC highly. -HIT

I just did a B20 Non VTEC with ~11.8:1 62404 cams with DSM 290cc injectors, and had a bad problem under 1500 RPM with it running real rich. I even lowered the fuel pressure down to 25 PSI. Even an S-AFC could not fix it, especially since the AFC will not go below 1000 RPM.
However could be an isolated case.

Hmmm...yeah I'm running rich down low now with stock injectors, but I have an untuned Hondata S200 and Vafc for brains. The DSMs require resistor packs or something do they not?
I believe thats only for the larger injectors off of the turbo'ed eclipses. I think there like the 360cc's or something.
I would suggest 310cc Injectors and an Adjustible FPR and AFC for tuning.

Have the FPR(B&M), have the Vafc, and Hondata S200. I just don't wanna get to tuning and come to the conclusion my stock injectors won't cut it.
You can always raise the Fuel Pressure to compensate...
310s are gonna be be good to an excess of 210whp. It depends on if your staying 1.8L or going 2L.

I think I'd go with 370's in your case, too. Right now I'm running 310's, which seem fine but I dont know what my duty cycle is on the injectors. I'd rather be using 370's, instead of 310's @ close to 100% duty cycle, understand?
(Note: That was just a comparison about duty cycles and injector load. I dont know what I'm running.

Hmmm...just saw someone selling some DSM 450cc injectors too. You guys think I should jump on them? They're easily adapted to GSR use correct?
I agree, I would use 440's. If you are running higher rpms you'll need to have a bigger injector so that you can run less injector duration.
Nice power figure, Cart Fan.
