I just swaped in my B20. Everything is running fine, but sometimes when I am driving and I put it in neutral, the throttle sticks around 1500-2000 rpms. I have to give it a little rev past 3K so it'll drop back to a ~900 rpm idle.

what are the possible reasons for this?

your IACV (idle air control valve) could be sticking

How could I correct that? Would I need to replace it?
