Default Need help with NGK wires.

I have a set of ngk wires in my car. It doesn't make that sucking or gripping sound when i plug up to my spark plugs. Do I need to change them, or am I good. And how long do they last for. I bought the car with them, and I have put 20k on them, should I replace them? Thanks

Your fine.

I've had mine for 50K and they are still strong....you have to push hard on them to get them on though.....

You bought the car with them... one possibility is the previous owner put the wrong plug wires in. Happened to my buddies CRX... MSD GSR plug wires on a D-Series... they worked, but didn't make a seal. He eventually had to replace them as they stopped working.
