i think today i am going to be trading in my 00 ex civic for an ep3. For the prices they are going for i really can't pass it up. Plus the 1.9% financing is the shiznit. well i am stoked i hope all goes well. i stll have not made up my mind on what color to get. i am thinking black or white, leaniing towards white.

man, dealerships have been giving that car away practically..my buddy's dad owns a honda dealership and he says anyone that comes down there looking for one, he'll pretty much give it away..i guess the car's aren't that popular with a lot of ppl, but imho i think the ep3 is - nothing beats a hatch...

and i would have to say white would be the color i choose too...

 

Its selling for different reasons though. Its mainly selling as a daily driver it seems among the h-t members and my friends.

 

update: i am not getting the ep3. I test drove that thing and it is not as quick as i thought it would be. Honestly i test drove an 02ex also just for the fun of it, and i dont think there that much of a difference performance wise. i know the si has 33hp more, but is sure as hell does not feel like it. So it looks like i am gonna be stuck with my 00ex for a bit longer. They had a used 00si at the dealer with 26,000 miles on it, but they wanted like $15,590 for it, and that is too much for me to spend on a used car even though it would be fun as hell to drive and mod. Man i want a new car so bad.

 

The motor is very tight in a new EP3. Now that I'm around 1500 miles, the car runs much better, especially on the top end. If you look at dynos of the EP3, the HP keeps climbing all the way out to redline.

 

It sems to run out of Breath Really quick,...if it had a little higer Redline that would probably fix it,..so maybe wait for a ECU upgrade like HONDATA to raise it a TAd!

Ex-Girl got a white one and they are Sweet as hell,.I love Hatches,..and w/ that Civic-R kit,..you can't smote it,.Like it better then the RSX-R kit!
And I owned a RSX-S w/ the kit on it!

I have an ep3 I think it would be a good idea to get one. I love the car, it is so much fun to drive, and you have to let the computer learn things and break the car in before you smote the hell out of it.
