Press the link to Search. In the Search For line type in "H22A or H22A swap" then hit the Next button. I was told that u can't lower your car that much with a H22 swap can anyone confirm this and if so how low can u go anyone got pic's and what size rim'z u running

2. I dont think you can use a SH swap, as it has that traction control system

3. Its common sense you cant lower or "slizam" your car that much with an h22a because of the low exhaust manifold clearance.

no your car can't be slammed with an h22 swap or your oilpan will hit the ground (not good). you can lower it to about the level right before you start to tuck your tire. my friend has an h22 in his ek, and this is what i saw him go through...

doing an SH swap is another story though, 'cause your SH transmission is made to be used with an ATTS module, which would be a nightmare to get working in your car, and then you'd need custom axles.

if you get a complete SH swap, sell the tranny and ATTS module, and get a non-ATTS tranny. then you use an 90-93 accord (5-speed) intermediate shaft, and 90-93 integra (5-speed) axles. You'll need a mount kit to bolt the motor into your car, and for wiring i recommend you use your stock civic harness then add wires for knock, vtec, iab, and egr (if you want to run egr).
