I was cleaning my closet today and found this fancy little piece that came with my car, along with a few spare K&N filters, etc:

There's nothing on ebay that is 'authentic' Honda, and the closest thing I've found on Google is an AEM anodized plug cover that's going for $80. I find it to be a little hard to believe this thing is worth that much... Anyone have any idea what these things go for?

I'm thinking of just giving it to the guy who dries my car at Turtlewax, he's got a b18c5 hatch, and has a serious crush on my car ...I mean unless it's worth like $100 bucks or something.

They are pretty expensive. I think around $80-100 if not more. I work at a dealership seasonally and i checked how much it was one time and remember it was insanely high for what it was. Even the grey plastic ones are like $40 from a dealer.

 

I cant imagine that thing is more than $40 from a dealer. I remember the "Powered By Honda" ones going for $29.95.

 

It is made by DC Sports for Honda.

 

You could sell it for $30 or something.

 

Who needs $30?

Give it to the guy.

I hate to throw a wrench in this, but........I ordered one of these from the Acura dealership (but never got it), and, it was well over $100 from them. Even the DC regular ones will go for almost $100 from any mail order company. Sell that baby!

 

I can't possibly imagine someone paying $100 for this crap

 

That's what thousands of Japanese are saying about clock blockers and other JDM nonsense we import over here.
