Default goodbye B16a... let me know what you think...

due to financial situations. i've given in to selling my b16a complete w/o the bolt ons. I'm selling it swapped in for $1500 and getting my hands onto a DOHC ZC and plans on turbo for daily commute. yeah sure i can keep the b16a but the zc is only costing me $400 and i already have a crx si tranny. but however i do plan on keeping my hasport mounts. i wish everyone could be loaded w/ money. damn ...

Hasport mounts are designed for the b16, the zc uses stock mounts. It wont work.

If you really need the $$, go ahead and sell it...but you can also put a turbo on the B16 and probably be better than the ZC. Since you're keeping your mounts, you can always get another B16 or B series motor at a later time anyway. Good luck to you.

Financial situations and turbo for daily commute usually go together. I dont know why you would sell your swap to buy a ZC and then a turbo...? A turbo is going to cost you more in the long run.

thanks for the heads up but i'm planning to hang the mounts in my room because they're billet and i plan on just admiring them. as for the turbo and ZC, there's a guy on here named gary? he's got a clean ZC w/ 5.5psi and i thought it was pretty sick. but thanks for the support. hey! at least i'm not selling the crx!!! can't make that mistake again..

Hey man, sounds like a good plan to me. B16 are over rated IMO. and anyone that bashes the zc over the b16 has prolly never owned one. And a turbo zc will haul ***. There is a guy around me running low 13s w/ his turbo zc. (with low psi. 5-10)

thanks for the concern but i'm not going to miss it that much as of right now. the ZC isn't going to be stock. small turbo w/ concentration on handling will be a nice daily driver. besides the ultimate motor for me is a built b20/vtec or lsvtec. did i mention i'm keeping the billet hasport mounts and VAFC in my room?
