This has been happening for sometime now, but it has occured more lately. When i'm in a parking lot, or driving slow in an area, once i push the clutch in, after moving, the revs will drop so low, the car will die on me. Anyone had this problem, or what the cause could be.
I've had this happen on my 00 si. I can be comming to a stop and all of a sudden it stills, i don't really feel or hear it stall but everything shuts off. I don't know what causes this either.
What ECU are you running? I have an OBDI conversion with a P28 and am running a B16 program. The IACV on the B16 is different so sometimes when the car is cold and I drive away then press in the clutch I would stall. If you have the stock ecu try checking the IACV to make sure its working properly. Hope that helps.
on my car i replaced the rotor button, distributor cap, and plugs about a month ago. Did the same thing before all were changed too, doesn't happen that often so i didn't really worry about it.

check the vaccum lines and the line to the FPR. that was the cause of the problem on my car and its what you described is wrong with yours.
if u take the pcv off and u shake it...should make some noise or some sort of clicking sound, if not then u need a new one...For ur case...im not sure but what happens to my friends car was...when u approach a light and u step on clutch the car dies...days later we found out the he spun the bearing...the thrust washer bearing fell out and it pushes the crank to mover further...so as he step on the clutch the crank will shift and start eating out the rods...so my personal experience with that is u might have spun thrust washer bearing...imight be wrong too
