how to wire up a turbo timer to a g3 integra??

i already know there are the wires under the steering wheel... but do i just pull and cut in? tap?

I have the Apexi turbo timer just tap the wires.......

my friend said i could wire to some plug looking things ontop of the underdash fuse box
