BSQ install kit for 22/3mm or R-Lca's ?
Just trying to get some opinions on this:
I can grab my friends sets of Type R LCA's so I can install my R rear Bar (hey that rhymes)
Should I throw those LCA's on ? Im sure that honda put them on there best FF car for a reason. Stiffer?
OR should I just go with the Kit? The kit of course is allot cheaper but if the Rear LCA's are going to show a considerable improvment I would rather go with those.

only put the rear lower control arms on if you plan to change/upgrade your shocks. you can still use non-r lower control arms to install the the swaybar.

whether or not you use ITR LCA's, you still need to reinforce the subframe where the bar mounts, either with the BSQ or Beaks kit. LCA's make no difference in that respect. However the way the shocks mount is completely different so you would have to use ITR-specific rear shocks in addition to the LCA's.
