Does anyone know any good website or information on the LS/VTEC? Is it really worth it to build one and how hard is it to drop it in a 89 Honda Civic DX HB?

IMO LSvtec is really worth building, a good friend of mine as it on his 97 integra and it screams. I can imagine how well it will perform on a HB.

 

Just make sure you have LOTS of money. Get someone with a good reputation to build it right, and make sure they use the right parts and machining techniques or you'll be sorry. I hear too many stories of guys slapping a stock B16 head on a stock B18 block, and revving it to 8500 rpm. then wondering why it blew up

 

Definately worth it to put an ls vtec into your hb. Just be sure its built right and you maintain it right.
