tried a search but there is no info on CODE 13!!
Hey guys my car is doing the 1 long blink and 13 short blinks (89 STD). I looked in search but found nothing about a code 13. I see it is the atmospheric pressure sensor but where is it, how expensive, and what does it do??
You would not be getting 13 short blinks. You may be reading the codes incorrectly. 13 would be 1 long blink, and 3 short ones.
Look here for all the codes:

The atmospheric pressure sensor is inside the ECU, and is part of the circuit board.

this is what it does now:
blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink
it does that over and over again.
blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink

You have TWO codes going if you get one blink, then 13 ..............
1 blink is emission/02 sensor.
Don't know what 13 blinks is.
The EF dosn't do two separate blinks for one code. It beeps continuously and you just have to count them.
I currently had one blink, then 16 blinks. Which was emissions, and injectors.

Could it be a code 10 for the long and then 13 short flashes.
Code 10 is the Intake air temp sensor and code 13 for Baro sensor.
The IAT is on the intake manifold. The Baro sensor is on the passenger side kick panel. Its kind odd shaped has 1 bolt thru it to hold it in place and has a 3 pin connector which is upside down T shaped. Have you messed with you ECU pins at all, I had a problem where they wasn't making full contact and threw everything off whack

I had thrown a D15B2 ecu in there for a day and then switched back to my D15B1 ecu.
It blinks 13 times
ause: 13 times
ause: etc.
