isn't this the lotus that comes with a dog of land rover truck motor, but can be upgraded to house a b18c5? it looks like the ebay exige has received just that upgrade.

I dont think thats a honda motor in the exige. I know you can get a b18c5 in an elise through http://www.sunspeed.com/pr_els01.html

they have the exige with the K20R....they decided to go with the next gen Type R motor for the next gen lotus....I think that it is sick...

the lotus elise k20 R was at the L.A auto show
claimed 0-60 was at 3.2 seconds.
it fit perfectly in the elise.

So whats the difference between the Exige and the Elise? I know the elise uses our engine. Anything else, or the engine the only difference?

also, the one from sun intl seems that it may be DOT...opposed to this one on ebay which is not.
i suspect the seller is trying to gather some extra doe from some unsuspecting victims.
