Default Gsr oil pan!

How hard is it to change a oil pan under the car? Mine is a bit dented should i change it or leave it?

if it's not leaking, why change it?

A problem could be that the bottom end will rub against the pan, but if it isn't too bad I wouldn't worry about.

Its very easy to change ive hand mine off and on at least 7 - 8 times. All you do is take off all the bolt around the oil pan, and there are two bigger bolts that bolt to the tranny take them off and pull the cover off that goes over the fly wheel and then you can access the last 3 bolt and there you have it.

Also a dented oil pan could be bad depending on where the dent is and how bad it is. The dent could prevent the oil sump from getting oil and therefor the engine would not get the proper amont of oil.

Also you need to take you header or downpipe (if your turbo) off also.

if i changed it which oil pan should i get? OEM or aftermarket? What would be a good aftermarket one?

OEM is probably fine. If you want to step up to a baffled oil pan that would be great too. They pretty much all do the same thing (Mugen, Spoon, J's, etc...)

MOROSO makes them for the integra. It would probably be a little cheaper than the jdm stuff.

JDM oil pan? Why? Does it add hp? No. Don't need anything other than stock for an NA motor.
