TXS RFL is the loudest I have ever heard. I sell more rfl's than any other BOV on the market. But thats cause WRX owners love TXS parts!! If you are interested in one i have them in stock right now for a low 149.00. that should be the cheapest you find them anywhere.

i have the rfl bov and it is extremely loud.
I got my bov for less than 149.99 though
go with the rfl model it is much better than the greddy type s that i had.

Why would you want it so loud for? Do you really want everyone to know that you have a turbo? Do you want that attention from other people, because some might be jealous and then try to steal your car.

My vote goes to Tial

I can get you a Tial Bov at a very nice price. IM me if interested.

It sound to me like the answer to all your questions would be yes. I doubt this kid is hiding his front mount and not popping his hood. Trust me you will like the RFL. I run it on my wrx and my jetta. it turns heads when you blow off!!!

I have to agree on the Tial bov. For the money, its the best quality bov on the market. Also, you will never have the upgrade to a heavier spring if you turn up the boost past 18lbs, with the hks, greddy or blitz style bov's. The materials, and finish of the Tial is second to none. Unfortunately, its probably the quietest bov, since its a 50mm and most on the market are 20-30mm with air horns to enhance the sound.

I just love the sound it makes me enjoy the car and have listened to how loud the RFL is. Just wondering if there was one louder there is also that bailey bov that seems loud from http://www.alltrac.net/tuning/blowoffvalve.html

Aren't BOVs for the most part just personal preference? They all perform pretty similarly for most apps and the only difference is the sound, am I correct in this assumption? Of course, higher boost applications would necessitate a BOV designed for higher boost... but for typical apps its just sound preference for the most part, right?

some bov's operate on a diaphram system and some use springs. springs are better in my opinion, they are more reliable because there is less to break or stick. The greddy type s uses a diaphram, mine broke, the turboxs type h uses a spring. not sure what tial uses.
