I started doing this this weekend I have done the same swap and do the wiring it makes a WORLD of difference, you will find all kinds of power and driveability. Two ways you can do it. Find the wires that lead from the VTEC sensor (Green with Yellow stripe) the Oil Pressure sensor (Blue with black stripe) and the Knowck sensor (havn't got there yet) and wire from the ECU to the left side plug (plugs the chassis wiring into the engine wiring) I am assuming you kept your chassis harness so you will have to run a wire from the ECU to this point as there are no corresponding wires in the chassis harness (still with me?). Or you can just find all three sensors, splice in wires and run them straight to the ECU. Does that help? Use the above diagram that the dude posted and use the red colored pins, should work just fine. Good luck.
