i thought it was a honda- based mag? the new issue didnt feature one honda product! it had a 3 cars, two of wich were rotarys. thats rediculus.. i need a new subscribtion. what kinda of honda mags are worth getting that yall read.

 

Well i dont read any honda only mags but super street is usually only good for the pictures and using as toilet paper. My favorite car mags are sport compact car and grassroots motorsports.

 

I read it, it has some good stuff in there once and a while, try getting Honda Tuning. Only draw back it that it comes every 2 months and it's pretty thin.

 

SS used to be nothing but Hondas, I'm glad to see they've added some variety. I used to get SS, Sport Compact, Motor Trend, Road & Track, and even got Automobile and Autoweek for awhile. Now I only get Super Street and Sport Compact Car.

has been a Super Street subscriber since their premier issue, September 1996. I must say it was better back when Matt "The Emp" Pearson was editor.

Yea i get super street, i think i want to start getting sport compact because I like the car comparison articles they do. But super street is good every once in awhile.

 

HCI there was that red civic hb with ls turbo in it the looks are stock exept the 2000 si wheels and the chick was driving it

 

Yeah, HCI actually has informative articles and valuable info.

 

that car is in the current Sport Compact, or whichever issue has the turbo ITR w/ yellow headlight and bumper light covers.

 

i get motor trend, super street, sport compact, import tuner, turbo mag. i like my sport compact the best, import tuner is nice to->like da power pages!

why?

 

i use to subscribe to SS...first issue was back in 97...i stopped subscribing last year or so cause i didnt find as much interest in it anymore...i felt that it was too rice...must be a h-tech influence ...i find that i get all i need outta just flipin' through SS at the newstands now...

...by the way SS got me into the scene in 96/97...

 

I have a subscription to SCC but really you can just go to a Barnes&Noble or Border and read all the magazines you want w/o a subscription.
