upper Control arm hitting inner fender on 92 accord ex
Its lowered on eibach prokit and koni reds. I heard its a common problem. How do i fix it. If you had the same problem and had it fixed can i see some pix. Thank you
you shouldnt even need a camber kit with prokit springs
but since you already have them, what brand and what setting did you put them on. many kits have two settings, one for cars lowered under 1.5 in and the other over said measurement. do it on the first, lower setting, i did with sportline springs and the camber is near perfect again so you either shouldn't need it at all or only to the least degree. i'd say pull them out completely since you're not that much lower than stock.
some ppl shave the upper control arm, some bang out the shock tower where it collides, most either remove them or like i said a couple times already, deal with slightly outta wack camber and put them on the lower setting, which i had to do.

with mine (progress group) it moves the upper control arm mounting point out. depending on which way you face it when you put it in is the amount of camber correction you get. i dunno about yours but it should have something concerning it in the paperwork. if not i say take'em out.
Some problems I experienced with my camber kits and the upper control arm hitting the body...

So should i take my camber kits out or jus have them adjusted in alittle. IF i take them out how far off will the camber be?

Off topic. I have an Integra and mine hits the inside of the shock tower. I never had a problem with it hitting before the camber kit. I know that its not too low and I know that everything is installed right. I think that even though tire wear is a bitch. Sometimes you just have to deal with it cause I think I would rather just take mine out. IMO that is. Unless someone knows exactly where the problems are.
