Default JDM H22 Harness

Ok people! I'm gonna being swapping my 5th gen. Accord LX motor for a true JDM H22 out of a Prelude. It will be an OBDI motor; I believe it is a '95 Prelude. My question is, being that the harness is for a right hand drive car, will I still be able to work with it? I figured that I would just need to modify the harness to fit on a left hand drive car. I have tried a search, but have come up empty handed. Please help!

You will have to modifi it. Must harnesses come cut anyway.

The harness should not be cut because I am getting the full front clip of the Prelude. It seems as though I might be able to just flip the harness around so that the power and sensor wires meet on the passengers side of the car where the junction and fuse box is located. Not sure. Is there anything else I need to be careful with when I do this swap? Being that I am going from auto to 5-speed, I know I will need to reweld the transmission bracket to the car, but using a bracket from the 5-speed Accord instead.

Steve:

You can use your F22 wiring harness but just need to add some connections and wires that you can take off your H22 harness. Check out this site for doing your swap. It helped me a ton with mine. Hope it helps. If you need help, IM me at Sirex or email me at chris@gamisou.com

the jdm harness wont work. some of the connectors and other things arent long enough. just use your old accord ahrness, and add a knock sensor wire, a vtec prssure shiwtch wire, and vtec solenoid wire. that should be it.

Hey thanks Big Chris! Just checked out that site and found out some other interesting points about the swap. This info. will come in handy. If anyone else who has done this swap before has anything to add, please tell me. I am trying to make sure I get all the parts I need before I do the swap. I don't want to be held up by missing parts.
