It looks like you are going to need a combination of two things.
First, get a round file.
You will need to remove the latch under the hood, the one that goes IN THE HOOD.
Once you have it out, slot the mounting holes so the latch can be moved towards the windshiled once it's installed. I slotted mine all the way so I can actually place the screws and then slide the latch in brom the back.
Now on the radiator support, remove both hooks and slot the holes forward, towards the radiator. Do as much as you can, but make sure the bolts hold on to flat sheet metal. It will work, I had to do something similar to get my Carbon fiber SiR hood to work with the USDm rad support.

ok i will try that, i was thinking of piutting like bunch of wassher behind the rad support so it could move forward, ill try both today and post up picture.
its a usdm rad support, yes the hood fit but ther is like a gap on top of the headlights and the other side its like touching the headlights, is this normal?

Man that looks bad.
Work at it a bit. I have the exact same thing you have and went through the same problem. slot the holes on the hood latch and move the hook on the support to the front as much as you can. Take a look at my front end. US rad support, no nuts to make the hood close.
yea i know it looks bad, it just gona be their for a while
is your hood carbon fiber? show me how to do it like yours, draw somthing in the pic or something
