Civic Radiator (in Integra) won't come on!
Posting here because I would have normally got a better response anyways:

My buddy and I installed a Civic radiator and fan and took out the AC in my 94 Integra. AC went nicely - took out all the lines and everything no biggie.
When putting in the radiator: The lines didn't match up - the civic hose was smaller then the Integra hose. We went and bought a new civic radiator hose - chopped it up and fabricated something out of the chopped up civic hose, copper fittting and chopped up integra hose. Also ziptied the radiator due a bit to the lack of a lower mount as of right now.
ANYWAYS: The fan wont come on! I don't know why. The only thing I can think of is maybe the wiring on the civic fan is messed up somewhere. The engine runs a little hotter than it used to. The needle goes 1/3 up instead of 1/4 like it used to. Other than that, it's fine. I left the AC fan wire off - nowhere to plug into. As well as two other wires (1 plugs into the condensor. 1 into the AC line.)
Any suggestions?

i had the same problem with my radiator...just make sure you rig it good...my **** kept leaking for the longest time until i had someone make me a reducer.
as for the fan, check the fuse first.

dont let that SOB overheat! wire the fan to turn on all the time, just find a 12v switched source. (of course this is if you cant find the problem)
make sure you bled it right and theres no bubbles
