turbo my 4 dr 92 civic or swap in a b18b??
i just acquired a 92 4 door civic ex(d16z6) with 130k on it - but the car was a from a 1 owner grandma!! the car looks like it just came out of the showroom floor-drives that way too.. i dont want to spend more than 2k on my motor at the moment. the car already has a 2.5" catback(mandrel)-that i just got 2 days ago.. so now i need to know which way is best for the most power for the cash?? thanks

well i dont have the hb as stated in my signature!!! haha! the sedan is the only ridewe have, but i use it 85-90% of the time..
ah, sorry, I misunderstood your post. I was under the impression that you had an 89 hatchback that you are racing now. So a second car is out of the question?
**I tend to block out the signatures, I think necrophilia (thats his screen name I think) traumatized me, and I subconciously ignore all sigs now!

Boost your b18b...LS LOVES boost, so swap it in and some day when youre bored with it you can turbo it
If youre trying to keep it as a daily driver and reliable, however, LS and stay NA - otherwise you may lose your good gas mileage and there's a potential for more breakdowns.
These are just my opinions on the matter: anyone, if I am mistaken please feel free to correct me

b18b. depending on junk yards it'll be anywhere from 1-2k. I wouldn't pay more than 1500 for one with low miles like 20-30k on it.
From experience:
95 Civic EX Sedan with Greddy Turbo kit (intercooled) automatic
VS.
95 Civic LX with B18B1 manual
Winner: 95 Civic Sedan EX, he was an automatic too.
