Default Shock Tower Torquing when installing springs.

Hello, i just installed springs and i was wondering how many pounds of torque you are supposed to exert when tightening the shock towers. Is there a certain number of lbs or do u just do it until u cant tighten them anymore? Thanks.

28?? i dunno......that sounds a bit too weak. Even the oil drain plugs are 32. Can anyone confirm the 28 pounds>? Thanks.
