Sounds great and all, but even $1200US is a bit rich for me. I was hoping for something under $1000. Shox.com sells B&G coilovers for $999 but I'm not sure how they are though.

Anyone know anything about GC Coilovers? And whether or not they exist for Preludes at all?

If you look around you may be able to find the Tein SS Coilovers for under $1000. I got mine for 870 shipped but it took 3 months to find them that cheap.

i talked to JIC at SEMA show this past year and was extremely impressed... they make full coilovers for 5th gens, but i'm thinking they would work for 4th gens as well..... pillow mounts built into it, adjustable shocks, stainless steel, all of it... good product

Roommate just bought a pair for his 2002 Nissan Maxima, after install i can give an update if you'd like.....

I also have tanabe's sustec pro II coilovers with pillow mounts and I love them... possibly one of the best coilover systems you can buy IMO

I would not get a full coilover system...It is not worth the price..

I currently run Ground Control Coilovers w/KYB agx dampers..I paid less than $700...I still have full adjustabilty on both ride height and dampening.(Ground Control also makes custom rates if you need something more aggresive.)

Ask Corey (Honda381dx) what he runs in the Honda Challenge...he runs a very similar <$700 set up, it is track proven.

true, i would've run a koni yellow w/ground controls for my lude but they would end up costing a bit more than the used set i found...in the end i'm extremely happy with my purchase

I wouldn't say that. Coilovers are really nice. I went back and forth with the two setups for about 5 months and found Teins and Tanabes are really good, as are Koni yellows and ground controls (second choice) and there really is no downfall to having them over shocks and springs. I guess this is preference.

Thanks everyone. I am aware of Corey. I used to run KYB AGX's and GC coilovers. I loved the KYB's but was not impressed by the coilovers. The rates were all screwed up and they were clunking and pissing me off all the time. I will most likely go to Eibach Prokit and KYB AGX's.
