has anyone ever seen this thing pretty sweet i think gives you little lcd and displays if door has been open car started what zone on the alarm is going off the range is a little more than a half mile good i think.

 

i got it its pretty good, the pager is really nice but the range is definately less than half a mile. i got mine because i got it for 170 at work but if your buyin it full price you should check out the new compustar.

 

i like the responder....im putting one in my car soon....they are alittle pricey though but i get them cheap from work. but it is a great alram all dei stuff usually is

 

will that work with other models of viper alarms. I think i have the 600 esp.

 

Im sorry but no...the responders have their own frequency...they dont share it with the other "green code hopper" type transmitters ( I learned this the hard way..when I tried to program a backup 2 button). It in a class all by itself.

 

gashuffer can you get me one for that price? please.. i have the viper i think 550esp the one with remote start.. and how much is compustar?
