So I know the ECU is different, but what else has to be changed?

wiring harness, yeah mostly the distributor wires and some other ****....do a search mehngg

first.....

don't use the obd2 ecu....get a chipped p28
either use obd 2 injector clips and splice into exsisting wire harness
or
find obd1 injectors (i have a set if you are interest)
get obd1 del slow vtec distributor....
don't worry bout hooking up the crank angle sensor...
you'll have to get an obd1 alternator

use your obd1 wireharness....
