I like em both. I have a CM Stage 4...and my roommates have an ACT Street/Strip I think.

Mine is a 4 puck...so it does grab harder/takes a bit to get used to...but totally streetable. Pedal pressure is amazingly stock like.

The buddies' clutches don't grab AS hard...but still grab nicely. Easier to go from stop to start smoothly. Pedal pressure is definately stiffer than mine...but nothing insane.
