the reason why your block number is probably painted orange is because they replaced the whole longblock.. everytime they do that they paint the block number.. they probably used your stock cams etc. but block and head it is probably new...

 

the cams and the valves were replaced too ...the guy told it will be cheaper if he does that .

Yeah, it will scare away "minor" theifs, but its as simple as snipping the wheel and sliding it out, same with the autolock... can be gone in a minute. Im not hating yah bro, just dont think that stuff makes your car unstealable.

How did you blow a shock? Is your car sitting too low for stock shocks?

 

I do have kill switche(s) and I do have LJ that ell help but if im real real worried about my car I just take out the ecu and do the other stuff.
