Default Older Accord Intake In My 6th Gen

When I got my friend's friend's intake for his 97 Accord, there was a part left over. It was like a little black L-bar. Just look in my sig to see what kind of intake it was. After I installed the intake, it was just resting on a metal bar that ran close to the area where the stock intake was. So, with this L-bar, I bored the hole out more in it to make it go into a little hole where a bolt is on the left side of the car. You can see it when you first remove the stock intake. Now, the intake just rests on the L-bar, and no part is touching the pipes. I just thought I would post this in case anyone else fell into the same situation I did (getting the intake from someone who had no use for it).

Yeah. The intake isn't even touching those small pipes thanks to the support from the L- bar.
