JDM ITR SRS Steering Wheel or HIDizies?
Okay guys, sorry for the gay poll but I wanted your opinion on these items. I'm done souping up my car for now (bolt-ons) and I'm itching to buy more stuff... I chose these items to be safer on the road.
I can't decide between the two! HID headlights will allow me to see better at night and thus be safer, but the steering wheel is smaller in radius so it will allow me to turn quicker to avoid an accident.
What do you guys think?

I have the USDM front, I want to get the JDM one a long way down the line (when they're a dime a dozen and everybody's selling their cars cause they want Sti's, EVO's and what not...) and if I get that, I would get the JDM HID housings.

Personally, I find NO fault with the stock headlights. Every time I drive another car at night, I find myself wishing for my ITR's lights.
HIDs = even more attention from cops and thieves
I'm sure the HIDs are nice, but if it ain't broke... (the oversized steering wheel, however...)

EDIT: Make sure it's not some lame base model BMW w/o HIDs though.
I'm just saying that I've never been in a situation where the stock lights were not up to the task.
For me, the smaller wheel would be the more functional and enjoyable of the two choices.

I think people really get HIDs because they look "cool," despite whatever they say to the contrary.
I'd say save the money for a clutch/flywheel upgrade later on. Best money I ever spent on my car.
Try driving a BMW or a S2000 at night, and let us know if you still feel the same way about your ITR lights.

I say the HID's, would'nt the JDM ITR SRS be more expensive than other aftermarket steering wheels available?
The JDM ITR SRS would be great to come with the factory, but if without, it's still not worth buying it. I say HID'S

If you get the steering wheel, what happens to your stock cruise control switch?
I have an ITR and they dont come with CC.
When I used to valet cars man, Lexus LS430, BMW's, and infiniti had the best HID headlights! When I drive on the freeway and a high class car cruises to the lane next to me or behind me (especially an SUV) I can see their light powering over mine in intensitiy and coverage.... oooh I love them, anyway, back to the subject... I still can't decide!
