2000 gsr
Since doing a 9005 conversion, my drivers side headlight has been going on and off for a while. Now it just won't come on at all. I've tried different bulbs and even put the stockers back on, but nothing. Should I take it back in and have it fixed under warranty or is there a quick fix for this?

 

The exact thing happens to me.Mine does the same on off B/S but thankfully it hasnt turned off completely. Mines not covered under warranty either, so any helpful insight is much appreciated. Thanx

 

question is...did the 9005 conversion void the warranty for that...

maybe i should put the stock halogens back in

 

check the entire harness. Check ground wiring (Black wire) and see if there is anything wrong. Also.. Get a volt-meter on the red wire (power) and see if there is any power loss as compared to the other side.

 

so weird...just worked again, after it wouldn't work for two days. took the bulb out made sure it wasn't broken, made sure the wires were fine, harness was clean. put bulb back in turned on lights and it worked. i'm gonna buy a voltmeter tmrw. thx :]
