yes, that is correct. if you flip it the other way, it will hit the seat when you try to move it.
you doing a recaro slider and wedge engineering bracket setup, right? if so, then that looks about right. I don't have clearence issues with the adjuster.
have you mounted the wedge bracket in the car yet? I'd do that and then mount the seat with the sliders already mounted on the seat. You'll see how everything goes together then.

yes its the Wedge bracket... i put it on the middle hole and the seat sits pretty high... i couldnt use the top hole because i couldnt bolt it onto the floor, the slider gets in the way. did any ya'll saw off the bottom hole to make it fit?

Bolt the seat bottom to the car first, then mount the seat with slider on the lowest hole. Worked for me.
