Rotors warped, should i get new ones or resurface the current ones?
If the overall thickness is beyond the spec (which I do not have handy), then they should be replaced. Otherwise, if there's room to shave some material off: resurface.
Depends how bad they are warped and if they still have enough material on them to bring them back to spec. Take them off and see if they can have them resurfaced, most places charge less than $10 per rotor. Kragen charged $8 for example. Keep in mind that you may need new rotors though.
Hondas are notorious for warped brake rotors, especially when the lug nut aren't torqued correctly or when they don't get a proper cool-down period after hard use (i.e. a track event/auto-x).
As mentioned above, machining them depends on how warped they are. However, rather than resurface the hell out of them, I'd recommend replacing them with the widely available Brembo blanks -- they're pretty cheap, and regarded as better than OEM.

Replacement, no telling if the person resurfacing does a decent job for the hourly rates they charge you.
Cheaper to replace.
Cheaper to replace.
I would recommend getting new rotors. When you have rotors resurfaced you are removing material (pretty obvious), which makes the rotors thinner, which will cause them to warp easier. I would recommend a new set of Brembo OE rotors. You can check out http://www.collettimotorsports.com which has really good prices on Brembos.

i think many of the honda rotors are non-turnable because they come with so little to brake on in the first place so when they do warp there is not enough left to turn them down true again......
new rotors
i think mine were 100 bucks for all 4, if that

I would recommend new rotors also.... when you shave/resurface the rotors your taking material off and making it thinner which in turn makes it more prone to warpage again.... a new set of Brembo blanks doesn't cost that much.. I got mine for $28/ea + $10 ship from http://www.collettimotorsports.com or you can go to autozone and pick up a set of autozones rotors if you want...
for future reference:
make sure you don't wash your car after driving/while the brakes are hot
allow the brakes to cool before parking after a hard run
get a torque wrench and properly torque (80 ft-lbs) all the lug nuts each and every time you take the wheel off/tighten the lugs
try not to stand on the brakes for an extended period of time in traffic...
heres a link on how to do it:

new rotors, i don't think resurfacing them will be as good as new ones, it will prob save me in the long run
there is no such thing as a "warped" rotor. the vibration you are feeling is brake pad material on yourrotors. read this info (from a very respected long time racer) and follow the instructions for rebedding your rotors and pads. worked for me and i had bad vibrations.

I would get new ones...and unless your going for show or race, stick with OEM parts. Theres a reason why they are on there to begin with
