Default Advantages to using P73 ECU with GSR?

Just like the topic says... are there any advantages to using a Type R ecu with a GSR motor? different fuel mapping? VTEC engagement?

Disadvantage...loss of secondaries in V-TEC. Probably run a bit too rich as well. Better off getting a VAFC or even a standalone ECU like a Hondata so you can tune for your car specifically.

some people say it isn't a piggy back, but basically it is..altering signals from the stock ecu. I don't consider it a standalone..but the second best thing.
