A friend of mine gave me this p28 ecu along with a swap. So I popped it open only to find that the parts were not soldered , only popped into position. So I assumed these are the correct parts and pieces and finished soldering it in. Then installed it in my car, and not to my surprise the CEL stays on and the engine barely runs. Now I have never seen a chipped ecu so I have no idea if these parts I soldered in are even supposed to be in there. Does this setup look right??
