bought mine(used, I believe) from Asahi this summer.. it's been on since august with no problems..........yet.......
no track days on it, a couple of 1/4 mile runs and whatever little sprited driving I do.. lotsa miles though..

Bryan Sprinkel, the nicest man ever, put mine on in the beginning of the summer.

20k miles, then the inner stuff melted to one big part and bottle necked my exhaust.
The heat shield LOOOOL, it lasted about 5k miles, then I welded it and it lasted till the end of the cat.
