Default h23 to h22 vtec

Is a h23 to an h22 vtec possible without swapping the whole engine. If so what do I need and an estimate of how much it will cost. Thank you all!!

you mean an h23 vtec right? cause that made no sense at all. if you swap a motor, then you swap the whole motor. but if all you want is vtev on your h23, the get a vtevc head and stick it on. i am not saying it's that easy. most people say it's not worth it and it doesnt work most of the time. if you want to be fast, get a turbo, h23 turbo is great.
