gear grinding while shifting fast

gear grinding while shifting fast
anyone have the same problem?... when i shift fast from 1st to 2nd (at redline), i can hear it grind... my friend says it's cause my pressure plate is weak... is this true?... maybe i'm letting the clutch out to fast or something

i'd bet it's a sychro then.....my 3rd grinds like **** if i don't wait a sec to drop it in....if you can wait a second and then shift in w/ no grind....probably a sychro...should be under warranty still.....get it checked out by a dealer and get it fixed for free while you can!!!

not sure, it could, just throw the stock airbox on when you bring it in
