What is the best autox setup as far as suspension goes thanks for the help

 

We're talking just the suspension here?

I'd think that for a decent street/AutoX setup would be full adj. coilovers (pick what you like...) and an ITR rear sway. An aggressive alignment will help as well.

If you want to be seriously competitive, you need to look at what class you're running in and pick a setup accordingly. Some classes allow more changes than others.
