Mainly a rough idle. I haven't touched anything except I did a valve adjustment a week ago. Before the adjustment my car used to idle very smoothly, now even when it is at 800-900RPM it still idles very rough. My dads distributor died in his 1994 Nissan ALtima in the middle of the 5 freeway, and after we got it to start again it continued to idle like ****. My car is not as bad as his was, but I just don't know what would have caused this shitty idle, and I was just wondering if there are signs as to when a distributor is about to go. Plus $200 is a damn good price for a new distributor!
