Default URGENT help Please!, Wiring trouble.!

So today i decide to install a Fuel pump Kill switch as a theft deterrant, and while examining the wiring I found this...
The SINGLE male connector you see below labeled "D" (single white wire w/brown connector) was "plugged" into the big White DUAL female conector (Dark Blue & Black wires)This connector had no label on it, the thing was just put together, but they were makking no contact since they are TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CONNECTORS
I suspect this was done bu the place that installed my alarm (circuit city)
Notice in the backgroud another unplugged White DUAL male connector Labeled "E" (Light blue & black wires)
By looking at the connector alone, it seems to fit into any of the sockets on the fuse panel shown by the arrows on any of the 2 pics below... The problem is, I have NO CLUE where this thing is supposed to go.

On the othe hand the DUAL male NON labeled connector (dark blue & black wires) fits perfectly into the DUAL female connector labeled "E", (light blue and black), Notice the second pic down, however because they are 2 diferent shades of blue I'm hessitant of plugging them together

Help me please!! I cant figure this out, and tthe Hayes manual does not cover this

TTT
common guys... someone has to know
Please help,
take a quick look at your car,
the fuse panel is located right above the hood release latch, behind the drivers side kick panel

Look for the wired labeled "D" and "E" like in this pic:

That single pin brown connector is for factory accessory fog lights. if you don't have fog lights installed, it's not used.

Do you have any idea what the connector labeled "E" might be for?

If I am not too busy at work tomorrow I will look at an ETM and see what "E" is.

I was looking through the ETM for a 97 Integra and I could not find that specific connector. Sorry.
