it said the owner got too many speeding tickets so they took his car away and destroyed it. I dont believe that one bit. anyone from arizona? is this a law there? there must have been some other thing wrong with that car.

[******* mode] you are all dumb *****! #1 toughs pics have been posted MANY MANY MANY times #2 you cant take **** off a car like that because as I recall it was NISSAN that brought that over to the states to do soem tests on it, there were also some otehr pics to go along with it of a gtr being destroyed as well [/******* mode]

Well, what usually would happen here in Ga. possibly diff law or same is that the vehicle may have been imported without being registered and someone broke the law. That's what happens if non-registered vehicles are caught in the act. Assuming someone did and if Az has the same laws. I could be wrong, someone correct me if im wrong.

As The Wraith said--it's a prototype/factory hack that went to the crusher after its test period. This happens to ALL preproduction models after evaluation, because they are only certified as roadworthy for a certain period of time.
I'm laughing that the dude said the pics were copyrighted. They've been around for almost 2 years and I doubt they are his to begin with.

ya, nowhere takes a car and crushes it...he's so stupid. You lose your license because fo speeding tickets. the only way yuo get your car taken is if you were doing something really bad and they caught you in it, they would impound it, and police auction it. that's it.

no, i remember, that car was shipped over here by NISSAN and was tested on the nissan proving grounds in arizona. not one single peice of the car was D.O.T. or C.A.R.B. approved, so it all had to be destroyed after testing.

do you guys remember the civic si challenge where honda gave those mag's 10 si's and 10g's to mod em. Those cars all had to be destroyed after, because they are pre production models. SCC saved the Popular mechanics one for awhile so they could have fun with it, seeing has theirs was stolen.

damn my brother was telling me about this guy. we live in arizona and i never saw a yellow skyline running around. Why'd they destroy the car, why not put the owner in, oh i don't know, JAIL. I've seen the silvia before at the pavillions, it's really cool.
