Here is the break down

crx hf swapped in a b16a1<jdm b16> placeracing did the harness.....

problem

the injectors won't pulse <fire>

checked the distrib its good.
checked the injectors, they flow fine.
fuel line is hooked up also
the car will start if fuel was sprayed in, but dies due to lack of injectors firing.

ideas?

How much fuel presure does it have?

 

Check the fuel pressure.
Make sure the main relay is good. It controls the fuel pump.

 

Ok....Make sure you are getting preasure right before the fuel rail... Take off the banjo fitting and turn the pump on ...If it sparys then great ..Sounds like your wiring isnt right ...I dont see why sence HF 's and b16 swap dont need any fuel Injec wirirng .. But id check it out ..:\

 

OK like I thought, it was the wiring......he didnt have the ecu side of the swap done...anyone know where a diagram or info is on just the ecu side of the wiring?

 

Then you are not working with an HF.
The HF is already MPFI and you do not touch those wires with a B16 swap.
you have a DX and that as you know is quite a bit of wiring.

 

that is what i said, but im just assuming its a dx then because everything is flowing, but even if it were a dx u know which pins need to be fixed?

Yes I agree, I don't know why this guy up north is doing the swap w/o knowledge of how to do it. But I am trying to help me out a bit. He still claims its an HF so I don't know what the problem would be then.
