What head unit goes w/ tihs Sony XAV-7W? I need DVD option

Someone please help

I want to get this head unit Sony XAV-7W but I want to make it double din w/ DVD/MP3/CD and must get the TV Tuner.

Anyone know models #? Im a noob to this audio stuff!

Sony XT-63V will this work for tv tuner? or is there another one?
