Default Head differences between F20B and h22a head... same or not..

wondering if different valves, how the port design is in them, if the rocker arm assembly is different.. head only, i know the intake manifold is different and slightly polished but wondering for f20b head -PCB- code...

thanx... i allready know it comes with type-s camshafts and springs and retainers.. mostly wondering about the casting information..

any one? I heard the valves are smaller because of the displacement.

People are sayin in the all motor forum that the f20b head is the same as a type s head. Same cams and stock porting as the type s. Does anyone know the stamp number on the head? Is it p13?

The F20b head is stamped PCD or something like that, I know its not P13 though... Is a Type-S head stamped P13???

"P5P" is on the H22 Type-S head/block/pistons Not "P13" that is your typical H22...

as discussed in the other thread the Head gets the PCB label because it's an 85mm bore however the chamber is still 54cc just like the H22a thus it's reasonable to assume they just ported the chamber to get the same volume.

We have done testing on both heads and believe it or not they are slightly different heads. The ports are smaller and from what i rememeber the intake valves are .5mm smaller. We came across this when we had an F20B head on the Machine to do CNC porting on it. Other then that everything else is the same.
