It does stiffen the car some and if they are not put in correctly they can sweak. Is it worth it depends and what you are replacing and what you want to do with the car autocross- yes, dailydriver you might want a few pieces but not the whole kit. The kits are a bitch to put in anyways

i got all 3 es motor mounts in and the vibration is hardly noticeable. they didnt really help with wheel hop

 

so its all a myth

 

I got every es bushing there is...except rear TA....i love em...a lil harsh..little..
