Default Oil leak question

I will start off by telling you guys the last past few days so you guys know the hole story. I took the drain plug off a couple days ago to drain alittle bit of oil but I never replaced the crush washer, well when I drained it I loosin the plug almost all the way but kept it in enough so wiggled alittle. Well I did not think this wiggling would cause anything, intill today I noticed oil leaking from the drain plug. Well I tightin it up and it seemed to stop pretty much, but my question is. I stuck a paper towel between the crush washer and drain plug to see if I was leaking anything, and I noticed a tiny dab of oil. Is this ok ? Or should I drain my oil, replace the crush washer and oil. And then see if there is no oil when I dab the paper towel between the crush washer and pan. By the way there is really no oil dripping. It is just alittle between the oil pan and crush washer when I dab there with a paper towel. So should I be fine intill my next oil change, or should I change everything again. I know it also seems dumb to ask this but I kind of want to hear what you guys would do. Also, I was thinking, the more times I mess with the drain plug, the more chances the drain plug could get stripped, cause it don't take much.

when i worked for pennzoil (average 110 oil changes a day) if for some reasone we had to change someones crush washer, we would take off the oil cap, put the shop vac nozzle in the valve cover fill hole, turn it on and quickly undo the drain plug, change the washer and put it back in (we wouldn't even loose a tablespoon of the fresh oil) always worked (my boss was really frugal)

I would change the washer just for the sake of doing it and preventing a possible leak. There is nothing saying that it will leak bad, but I would do it anyway. As for stripping the plug, don't worry unless you're cross threading it or over tightening it.
Just my 2 cents.

go buy a new plug and washer from honda---throw it on it'll be fine, but that washer must be changed every oil change.

After looking at the nice oil drain bolt on my old Saturn,

I bought a new magnetic oil drain plug at the local autoparts for about $4.00,

then machined a groove in it for an o-ring.

It never looses a drop of oil,
and I never have to overtighten the thing.
It seals perfectly,
every time.

I've done that to all of my Hondas'.
